I built Offmarket because I needed it. Fifteen years inside the largest luxury conglomerate in the world. I sat across the table from HR. I consulted the intranet. I networked, as suggested.

At some point I thought: there has to be a better way than courage and luck. Turns out there was.

I stay anonymous for the same reason you do. I also find it more efficient.
